Sachem Public Library

<p>With a long, rich history under its belt, the Sachem Public Library is now housed in a modern building with thousands of books, loads of resources, a café, a children's section, and more than enough staff to help you find what you're looking for. The library is governed by a board consisting of five elected trustees, and serves over 82,000 residents over three townships.</p> <p>There are over 260,000 books, 11,000 serials, 7,000 electronic materials and 40,000 media materials housed in the library's 60,000 square foot building.</p>
