Friday Afternoon Matinee

Come to the library for a relaxing and free movie: Admission (Rated PG-13) Starring Tina Fey and Paul Rudd. A Princeton admissions officer, Portia Nathan, who is up for a major promotion, takes a professional risk after she meets a college-bound alternative school kid who just might be the son she gave up years ago in a secret adoption. Skate for Kellyanne

Kellyanne is an incredible 4th grade student from Setauket Elementary School. She was diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Leukemia this summer and has been fighting hard ever since. Kellyanne is full of life and has never let this diagnosis hold her back. Please come down to the Port Jeff Rinx for a fantastic evening of ice skating, crafts, face painting, and food. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door. All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to aid in Kellyanne's treatment and recovery. Friday, 6 p.m. at the Rinx in Port Jefferson.

Gingerbread Story Time and Cookie Decorating

It’s going to be a very yummy story time!  After a couple stories about the Gingerbread Boy, we'll decorate the best tasting creations ever! Friday, 6:30 p.m. Emma Clark library. For ages 5 - 8 years. Our teen volunteers will be with us to help us do a spectacular job. Registration required and begins Dec. 14. To register, visitwww.emmaclark.org or call 631.941.4080.

Christmas Fair

There's still time to shop for a unique gift!  Various vendors with crafts, jewelry, gifts etc., along with a great assortment of treats in our "Bake Shop".  We also have a "Christmas Past" table where you can find gently used Christmas decorations and toys!  We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, December 21st from 10am-3pm at Setauket United Methodist Church, 160 Main Street, Setauket. Toy Drive Party at Momo’s

Come Friday, December 20 in your ugly sweater or your xmas outfit and bring a toy. All the toys are donated to local families. We all have a chance to put a smile on a child face, whose family struggle this time of the year.  

Live Nativity Scene

On Saturday, December 21, observe a re-enactment of the Savior's birth with the Holy Family, angels, shepherds and live animals at the Christian Church at Holbrook; 1123 Broadway Avenue. Then join us inside for cocoa, cookies and Christmas carols.

Christmas Rock Show

On Friday, Dec. 20 at 8 p.m. head to Rudi’s Sports Bar; Route 112 for a free live concert featuring local band Future Past. No cover charge. Must be 21 and over.
