Ronkonkoma Fire Department Parade of Lights

This year's parade of lights will be traveling to several Ronkonkoma area locations this Saturday starting at 4 p.m. and running through 9:30 p.m. Click here to see the full schedule on Ronkonkoma Fire Department's website.

Behind the Scenes at Saturday Night Live and NBC

Jan Kasoff, a former NBC Cameraman for 36 years, will be speaking at Sachem Public Library, 150 Holbrook Rd. in Holbrook, Tuesday at 7 p.m.

The Nutcracker Act II

Performance taking place at Ballet Long Island, 1863 Pond Rd. in Ronkonkoma, Wednesday at 11 a.m. Tickets are $16 per adult, $8 per child and $8 per senior citizen.

Christmas Celebration at Lake Grove Recreation Hall

The L.G. Cares organization will be holding a celebration Friday at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Grove Recreation Hall, 980 Hawkins Ave. in Lake Grove.

Gatelot Ave PTA Vendor Fair

Vendor fair taking place Saturday at 10 a.m. at the 65 Gatelot Ave. school in Ronkonkoma.

Zumba Fundraiser for Sachem Little League

A workout supporting the Sachem Little League is taking place at Nokomis Elementary School, 151 Holbrook Rd. in Holbrook, Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Suggested donation is $10.
