Muratore Donates 60 Turkeys to Lighthouse Mission

Leg. Tom Muratore has started off the holiday season by joining with the Suffolk County Police Columbia Association in donating 60 turkeys to the Lighthouse Mission for their Thanksgiving community outreach.

"I had heard that the Mission was short on meeting their need for this year's outreach," he said. "There is such great need here in our own community, and everyone should have a turkey to enjoy on Thanksgiving. I'd like to also offer a special thank you to Waldbaum's in Selden for discounting the price of the turkeys. It was my privilege to help out Lighthouse Mission, who feeds many hungry people on Long Island."
