Week 5 Preview: Sachem East at Pat-Med

Arrows look to continue hot streak on the road.

Sachem East should have the upper hand in this match up. With Steven Casali and enough confidence to last four weeks so far, the Arrows are awfully tough to beat.

Pat-Med is coming off their only win of the season, a 49-14 victory over Commack, who sat seven starters and are at the bottom of the barrel in Division I as well.

Pat-Med does have home field advantage and has never lost to Sachem East in the seven years the rivalry has existed. This year, however, Sachem East is playing with fire it's never harnessed before.

In game battles: The running back: Casali vs. Chris Makulik. Last week Makulik witnessed his true potential, rushing 18 times for 196 yards and 3 touchdowns. East's defense and line play has been superb thus far, so we'll see what Pat-Med can muster Thursday night.

Next up: Saturday, Oct. 15 at 3:30 p.m. vs. West Islip (homecoming)
