Seven from Sachem Selected for Rising Games
Will play next week in annual all-star events to showcase talent for future.
Multiple players from Sachem North and East have been selected for the Rising Sophomore, Junior and Senior games, which will be played at Dowling College next Thursday.
These teams are picked by the Suffolk County Boys Lacrosse Coaches Association via tryouts held last week.
Each age group only gets 20 kids per team.

“Even though we lose a great senior class, our program speaks for itself with six kids making these respective teams,” said Sachem coach Jay Mauro. “It shows the depth of our program. The future is bright for Sachem North lacrosse.”
