5. Longwood ... will host No. 12 Eastport

6. Deer Park ... will host No. 11 Smithtown West

7. West Babylon ... will host No. 10 Commack

8. Sachem East ... will host No. 9 Connetquot

9. Connetquot ... will travel to No. 8 Sachem East
