Sachem Youth Warriors Celebrate Championship Season
Host after-season party and receive trophies.
The magical run in which the Sachem Youth Warriors endured in 2011 will never be forgotten by the players, parents and coaches associated with the team.
They very well may play together throughout junior high and high school, but this specific group of players came together one more time last week for a post-season celebration of their championship season.
"They had so much fun," one parent said. "It was nice to see them hang with each other off the field!"

The Warriors won their title in November in a game played largely between the hash marks. Sachem dominated Massapequa in a defensive showdown, winning the Long Island championship, 8-0, at the PAL Complex in Holtsville. It marked the first championship for Sachem Sports Club since its formation in 2010.
