Sachem Sports Club Travel Warriors Defeat Deer Park
12-year-old travel team rolls over Deer Park Falcons 32-0, look to go 3-0 next week at Riverhead.

The 12-year-old Warriors traveled to Deer Park this past Sunday and defeated the Falcons 32-0, and they did it on defense and special teams.
Dylan Laube returned a punt for the first score and after a defensive stand by the Warriors, led by Nolan Quinland, Mike Palermo, Joe Martinez, Marc Cirelli, William Medina, Danny Coffey, Eddie Sorrentino and Ryan Sheehy, Ty Butkevich returned the Falcon punt down to the 5-yard line where the Warriors punched it in for the easy score.

The rest of the day was dominated by the offensive line, led by Mike Chapparo, Anthony Locasio, Robert Norelious and Kevin Noonan, who opened up holes for Jake Wandle, Ryan Vahey and Devin Perez. The Warriors controlled the ball and drove down the field for two big touchdowns.
The Warriors are on the road again next week in Riverhead.
