Sachem North ... Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team: Sachem Patch would be remised if we didn't nominate all the girls on the team after their thrilling 14-13 four-overtime victory over Commack on Friday afternoon at home. When we say it was a consummate team effort, it really was.

Erin McNulty made 26 saves, the biggest with just over one minute remaining in the fourth overtime, which allowed Sachem to gain posession and get down field to set up the game winning goal. Kelly Kuerner scored four goals and added three assists, including two goals and the game-winning assist in overtime.
