Sachem East Softball ... The girls played an all around great game in a 7-2 win over West Islip this week. Lindsey Treanor threw a four-hitter and allowed no earned runs, striking out eight. Sachem, who improved to 7-2, was also led by Cassie Asselta (3-for-4) and Sam Smith (3-for-3).
