Rachel Paul, Cross Country: Paul set the Sachem course record for the 5K race in 19:25 in a 23-33 win over Connetquot.

Ansel Ueshiro, Boys Soccer: Ansel Ueshiro scored Sachem's game-winning goal against Commack in the second overtime of a 1-0 win to give the Arrows' their fourth win in League I play.

Kelly Lavan, Cross Country: The junior set a Sachem record on Sachem North’s 5K XC course against Ward Melville. Her time of 20:02 broke a mark set by distance legend Jen Modzel in 2004 by 26 seconds. On Saturday, she became the first Sachem runner to break 20 minutes on a 5K course since 1998.
Malik Pierre and Mike O'Donnell, Football: The sophomore duo played extremely well in Sachem's 35-27 win over Longwood Saturday. Pierre had 4 carries for 44 yards and 1 touchdown, also recording an interception on defense. O'Donnell led Sachem on three touchdown drives in the second half, filling in for the injured Trent Crossan.
