Sachem East
Rachel Paul, Track and Field: Paul competed in the Millrose Games on Saturday night. Running the mile, she surged past a few of her competitors to finish sixth in 4:54.64, about two seconds off her season best, and nine seconds behind her future Georgetown teammate, Sam Nadel of North Shore, who set a meet record of 4:46.19.

Sachem North
Gio Santiago, Wrestling: He won the 182-pound Suffolk County title on Saturday, by pinning Nick Bellanza from John Glenn in just 52 seconds. Santiago is the 40th wrestler from Sachem North to win a county title. His picture will go on the wall in the Jack Mahoney Wrestling Room.
