Eric Martin, Sachem East Lacrosse: He scored a hat trick in an 11-6 win over Lindenhurst last week. It was Sachem East's first win of the season.

Brittany Sepe, Sachem East Track & Field: In a meet against Bay Shore, she won first place in the Open Shot Put (34'5'') and first place in the Open Discus (98'9''). Later in the week against Lindenhurst, Sepe won the shot put with a throw of 36’1.5’’, and in the discus, she placed first with a throw of 94’.
John Vigh, Sachem East Lacrosse: Vigh also scored a hat trick in the 11-6 win over Lindenhurst last week.

Sachem North
Brandon Gamblin, Sachem North Lacrosse: He scored three goals and added an assist in an 8-6 win over Smithtown East. Another goal was disallowed in the fourth quarter. He helped spark the Arrows offensively during the win.
Alec Sole, Sachem North Baseball: He pitched another six shutout innings in a 4-0 win for Sachem over Bay Shore last week.
