Sachem East
Joe DiRienzo, Phil Rascona, Rachel Paul and Katie Hempfling: In the Tom Toscano Cross-Country Relays, Sachem East's Joe DiRienzo and Phil Rascona finished first with a time of 16:09.35. East girls Rachel Paul and Katie Hempfling also won. They finished in 19:29.73.

Sachem North
Jesse Scanna: He scored three touchdowns, recorded a key fumble recovery and rushed for 86 yards on 11 carries in North's 34-15 win over No. 3 Lindenhurst Friday afternoon. He also had 12 tackles, three for a loss.
