Sachem North Wins 21-7 Against Pat-Med At Senior Night

Sachem North Flaming Arrows varsity football led, 21-7, over Patchogue-Medford Raiders Friday night at their senior night game at Sachem High School North in Lake Ronkonkoma.

The Arrows were first on the board with a touchdown from Malik Pierre with Anthony Service and Anthony Ross each scoring touchdowns in the second half.

David Falco, the Arrows head coach, said that his team stayed focused on getting ready for the Pat-Med game.

"I think that we did a good job tonight preparing for Patchogue's offense and that we ran the ball enough to score some points," Falco said.

The Raiders only touchdown came in the second half by Connor Coughlin.

Gary Marangi, Patchogue-Medford's head coach, said that there were a number of missed chances during the game for the Raiders.

"We had a lot of opportunities tonight to make this a very good football game and we didn't take advantage," Marangi said.

Both teams are expected to be seeded into the playoff games, whose schedule is to be determined Sunday.
