The Sachem North Flaming Arrows' quest to get back to the Suffolk County Finals begins on the road this year when they travel to Lindenhurst to take on the Bulldogs September 7.
Section XI, the governing organization of Suffolk County sports, released the schedules for all divisions across the county on its website.
The road game against Lindy is just one of the more important games on the calendar. Last year the Flaming Arrows, despite grabbing the 1 seed in the division, fell to William Floyd in the Suffolk County Championship game. North will have its chance to avenge that loss on October 13, when they travel to Mastic Beach for a 2 p.m. kick-off.

As , North will play host to the Nor'Easter, going head to head with the team they eliminated in a rout in the semifinals last year. The matchup between North and East takes place on September 29.
A key fact to this season for North: the loss of Running Back Dalton Crossan, who graduated in June, and begins his journey at New Hampshire this fall.
