Sachem Hockey Wins Seventh Straight

Beat Middle Country, 9-4, with two sets of hat tricks.

The Sachem hockey team won its seventh straight game with a 9-4 victory over Middle Country, improving its record to 7-2

Robbie Donnelly and Chris Chizzonotti led the way for Sachem with two hat tricks.

The next line of Chris DiGiovanna (1g, 1a), Brandon Smith (1a) and Anthony DagAustino (1g) added two more goals along the way.

Defense again helped out goaltender Brian Giles who remains undefeated since being brought up to varsity and beating Middle Country for the second time this season. The defense was lead by Sal Calvagna(1a), Nick Lojo (1a) and Joe Marrone who played like they were on a mission, Anthony Pisano and Mike Russo (1a) also were solid blocking shots and killing penalities.
