Sachem East to Host Girls Lax Clinic

Head down to high school Sunday, October 23 for fun day or lax learning.

The Sachem East girls varsity lacrosse program is hosting a clinic on Sunday, October 23 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. at Sachem East.

The clinic is open to girls from Kindergarten through Ninth Grade in the Sachem community. Participants will be grouped by age and abilities.

Those who attend will learn new drills and techniques, and take part in fastest shot contests, games and have chances to win prizes.

If you're a goalie, don't worry, there will be special instruction for you as well.

Don't forget to bring your sticks, eye goggles and mouth guards. Loner sticks are available.
