Sachem East Girls Tennis: Middle Country 4, Sachem 3 ... Sachem East lost a close match to Middle Country Monday. Rebecca Stein continued her winning ways winning at first singles, 6-4, 6-0. Briana Levine too increased her second singles record to 6-1 after beating her opponent, 6-3, 6-3. Sachem East's third point came at third doubles where Alyssa Julie and Jenna Scarola came back to win in three sets: 3-6, 6-2, 6-4. Sachem has a 4-2 record in League VI and will play their next match Friday in a non-league contest against Connetquot.
