Sachem East Boys Tennis ... Division Tournament: Top-seeded Jason and Dylan Quintana rolled through the Division tournament at Mt. Sinai. "It was just an incredible performance," said East coach Stefano Massimo. They won the semi-finals against Stony Brook's Abrahamsen and Sah, 6-1, 6-0. In the finals, they defeated the second-seed from Ward Melville, Averin and Baruch, 6-0, 6-2. They played five matches and dropped only five games the entire tournament. Next week they are off to the Suffolk County tournament at Smithtown.
Sachem North Baseball: Sachem 4, Connetquot 1 ... In a crucial League II series, the Arrows earned their 10th win of the season clinching a playoff spot. They'll look to sweep the Thunderbirds and win out the regular season, gaining one of the top seeds in the Suffolk County playoffs. Mike Vitale continued his impressive season and earned the win on the mound for Sachem.
Sachem East Baseball: Sachem 4, Longwood 1 ... The winning tear continues for Sachem East. Aside from a loss to Sachem North in the Tim Crowley Memorial Tournament on Saturday, East has won six of its last seven contests. Monday the Arrows beat League I rival Longwood and are now four wins shy of clinching a playoff berth for the first time since 2007. Chris Kennedy hit a two-out double to give East the 2-1 lead and eventual win. He finished 2-for-4 with an RBI, while Bryan Vaccaro was 2-for-3 with a run scored. Mike Amato received the win on the mound.

Sachem East Girls Lacrosse: Sachem 15, Brentwood 1 ... The Arrows had goals from nine different girls including three each from Jill Donodeo and Katie Trombetta.
