Jessica Mazliah had five goals and two assists, Nicole Dale had five goals and one assist and Kate Kuerner added one goal and one assist as Sachem North beat Walt Witman, 11-4, in Suffolk Division I girls lacrosse. Sachem is now 2-0 1-0 in Division I.
"Our girls came out fired up and we played some tremendous defense," said Sachem coach Ed Manly. "We are a very young team and we are getting better everyday."
