Nor'Easter Lacrosse Hosting Clinics
Work on your game this off-season with invigorating training techniques.
Nor'Easter lacrosse is running its School of Lacrosse starting Monday, March 5. The program runs every monday in March from 9-10:30 p.m. at Center Island Sports in Ronkonkoma.
Here's what you can look forward to:
- Shooting: Unique fundamental training utilizing fast paced college style drills. Limited to 20-25 students
- Goalie: Train in new ways that go beyond taking shots in the cage, reaction, quickness, positioning all covered. Limited to six students.
- Defensemen: Work on angles, quickness and checking. Limited to 10 students.
Shooting and defensive clinics are open to boys grades 5-8. Goalie clinics open to girls and boys grades 6-8.
