Justin Bonsignore Wins Riverhead Modified Title
Holtsville native finishes with 582 points to capture championship.
Holtsville native Justin Bonsignore won the Riverhead Speedway Modified Championship this year.
His 582 points were the most in the modified division. Finishing second was Holtsville native John Fortin with 564 points.
Bonsignore, 22, also finished seventh overall in NASCAR’s Whelen Modified Tour with 2,141 points. In 16 starts he recorded his first NASCAR victory this season, and also have seven top five finishes and 10 top 10 finishes.

He earned his first NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Victory by winning the Lighthouse Mission 200 in late July at Riverhead Raceway, his home track.
