i9 Sports will host Flag Football Clinics to kickoff the Spring season and coach Bob Ricca, the former head football coach of St. John's University, will be supervising the clinic.
Ricca will be teaching all of the i9 Flag Football players some basic skills and movements to prepare the players for the upcoming season. Registrations will be accepted at the clinic.
At the conclusion of the clinic, registrations will be closed and teams will be formed. The clinic is designed to teach new players and refresh returning players the rules of i9 Flag Football. Anyone who registers after the clinic will be charged a late fee.

Saturday, March 17th at Merrimac Elementary School
- 9 year olds and older 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- 6-8 year olds 11 a.m. - Noon
Sunday, March 18th at the RJO/William T Rogers School in Kings Park.
