Brian Hennelly Named to All-Conference Team at Stevens

North grad Brian Hennelly capped a splendid freshman year on the diamond for the Stevens Institute of Technology by earning a spot on the Empire 8 All-Conference Team.

Hennelly, who was named the New Jersey Collegiate Baseball Association's Rookie of the Week multiple this season, was the only freshman among six Stevens players to be named all-conference.

Hennelly, who helped led the Flaming Arrows to a county last year, ranked second on the team with a .379 average in 103 at-bats. He collected 39 hits, seven doubles, two home runs, 21 RBIs and 12 runs scored for the Ducks this season.

Hennelly was also named to the New Jersey Collegiate Baseball Association (NJCBA) All-Rookie Team.
