LA Fitness is a new, colossal exercise mecca that can be found at 110 New Moriches Rd, Lake Grove (where Sports Plus used to be). This gym has many options like basketball, racquetball, a heated lap pool, cycling, free weights, cardio equipment and personal training. There are saunas and a jacuzzi in which to unwind.
