The YouTube clip embedded is French designer Lanvin's Spring/Summer 2013 men's collection which was unveiled during Fashion Week in Paris. The first model out of the chute and down the runway is none other than Marc Sebastian Faiella, a 2008 Sachem East graduate, pursuing, among modeling, a fashion design career at Parsons New School for Design.
At Sachem Faiella was immersed in Sachem East's Fashion and Sewing Club, under advisor Kristin Barnes. After graduation, he went on to earn his AS degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Now in his final year earning his bachelors degree, Faiella inked a modeling contract with Boss Models and spent this past summer interning in Paris at the design house KENZO. But not before he snagged a contract with Ford Paris Modeling Agency, which helped book him for the Lanvin show.
All in all a pretty good year for one of Sachem's own. Click the video link above to watch Faiella open and close the show.
