Mother nature is at it again. The Sachem Central School District is experiencing a two-hour delay Friday morning.
According to Weather.com, there is a 95 percent chance of precipitation until 9 a.m. Friday, with percentages tapering off throughout the day. Through 11 a.m. there will be freezing rain mixing with and changing to snow by 7 a.m.
The National Weather Service said it will be cloudy with temperatures steady near the low 30s, winds at 5 to 10 mph and additional snowfall of 1 to 2 inches through 11 a.m.
