Sound Off on Common Core and More on Our Boards

Patch Boards are a great place to share your own community news and views.

State Education Commissioner John B. King Jr. got an earful from parents and educators Tuesday night regarding the Common Core curriculum.

King said the state is "committed to the success to the Common Core," which didn't sit well with many of those in attendance.

What changes need to be made to the Common Core curriculum in order for it to succeed? Or do you believe Common Core should be completely eliminated?

Our Boards are the place to share your opinions on Common Core or any other issues around town. To access the Boards, click here or type in the box that says "Post something" on the homepage. It's that easy!

The Boards aren't just for sharing opinions. Opening a new business in town? Share it on the "Business Updates" Board. Selling that old car that's been in your garage for a decade? Post it on our "Buy-Sell-Trade" Board.  Put a creative title on your post and add a photo or two to spice things up.

So hop onto our Boards and get posting!
