Sachem Student Takes 1st Place at NYS Science Fair
Research student Stephanie Gavin earns trip to Phoenix, Ariz. for Intel International
A junior from Sachem was awared first place at a New York State Science and Engineering Fair competition held this week.
Stephanie Gavin, a research student at Sachem, will now compete at the Intel International (ISEF) fair in Phoenix in May.
According to The Sachem Report, Gavin's first-place finish will pay for her trip to Phoenix for that event.
