The Sachem AfterShock robotics team competed at the SBPLI FIRST Robotics Competition at Hofstra University last weekend.
Sachem was consistently ranked in the top 10 out of 50 robots. At one point they were ranked No. 1, finally ending in third.
They are on the waiting list to see if they’ll compete April 28-30 at the FRC Championship in St. Louis.
Last year the team won first place at the regional competition and competed at nationals.
