Sachem PTA Council Meeting Scheduled For Tonight
Meeting will discuss budget, "We Are Sachem" rally and feature special presentation.
The Sachem PTA Council general meeting is scheduled for tonight, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Little Theater at Sachem High School East. Discussions of the 2013-14 budget will loom large at the meeting, but other agenda items will be covered, including:
- 2013-2014 Budget Update – Superintendent Nolan
- Selection Nominating Committee
- March 9 Sachem Rally Update
- Vendor presentation – krazy kids of Medford
- Conquer the Hills 5K – Jennifer Ross, HeartBeet Cafe
- NYS PTA Position Paper Progress – High Stakes Testing
“Your attendance is greatly appreciated,” PTA Council President MaryAnne Gordon stated in a release. “Our school board is embarking on very important decision regarding the school budget. Please come and get the facts from our Sachem Administration.”
