Former East Valedictorian Makes The President's List
Valerie Zeffiro, the reigning valedictorian at Sachem High School East, was recently placed on the President's list at Sienna College for the Fall 2012 semester. The President's List is a bit more prestigious than the Dean's list, though both are significant accomplishments. To become one of only 215 students placed on the list at Sienna this past semester, Zeffiro had to earn at least a 3.9 GPA. The biology major qualified with a perfect 4.0.
