Sachem North LAX Season Begins Tomorrow
Flaming Arrows will begin 2013 campaign with scrimmage on the road against Eastport-South Manor.
After a solid season last year, the Sachem North Boys Lacrosse team will look to build upon its playoff run heading into the 2013 season and they'll begin that on Wednesday with a match on the road against Eastport-South Manor.
The Flaming Arrows will face the ESM Sharks in Manorville for a scrimmage to fine tune their skills. Section XI, the governing body for all Suffolk County school athletics, posted North's schedule on its website.
The season begins in earnest on March 25 with a game against Hauppauge High School at 12 p.m. No doubt many supporters will be circling the calendar on April 3. That's when the Flaming Arrows will travel to West Islip to take on the team that bounced them out of the playoffs in 2012. West Islip went on to win the state championship 12-7 against Ithaca.

Sachem North will also face Sachem East for their inter-district rivalry game on April 22.
