Sachem North Hangs Tough, Topples Floyd
Boys basketball team, down by as many as 11, rally back to win 54-51
At the beginning it looked like Sachem North was going to be in for a long night as Floyd kept dropping three-pointer after three-pointer, but the Flaming Arrows hung in and overtook the reigning Suffolk County Champions 54-51 on their home court.
Brendan Chetuck dominated the scoring for North, with 22 points including the game winning basket, which he lifted over the front rim with just over 18 seconds to play. Danny Urbanski iced the game by making two free-throws with one tick left.
