Sachem North Football Defeats Bay Shore In Opening Round

Flaming Arrows dominate at home, stay unbeaten, with 24-7 victory.

Sachem North defeated Bay Shore Friday night 24-7 in the first round of the Division I playoffs.

The team got on the board early in the first half with a field goal from Bryan Morris.  The team scored three touchdowns, each in separate quarters, which included two from Kevin Bragaglia and another from Kevin Lathan. Morris added to his career record with three extra point kicks after each of the touchdowns. 

The team now looks forward to heading to the second round of the playoffs, which will be played next Friday at home. Their opponent will be determined over the next two days.
