For those of you who can't make the trip upstate to see the Sachem East Girls Varsity Basketball team participate in the state championship tournament this weekend, you now have a chance to livestream the game with PlayOn Sports.
The national high school sports media company will be streaming all New York State girls and boys basketball semifinal games at both Hudson Valley Community College and The Glens Falls Civic Center on Saturday and Sunday.
The live-stream will cost $3.99. Anyone interested in viewing the game can visit the New York State Public High School Athletic Assocation's website at www.nysphsaa.org and click on the "PlayOn" logo on Sachem's homepage.
The streaming will be accompanied with play-by-play announcing and color commentary as well.
Time Warner Cable customers can see the games televised, so if you have a relative in the TWC coverage area, have them check their local listings.
