All Sachem after school activities have been cancelled for Friday evening.
"Due to the current weather conditions, all after school and evening activities are cancelled," Superintendent James Nolan said in a phone message to the district.
This includes the Sachem North banquet.

A determination on Saturday’s activities have not been made.
The following events have been rescheduled, according to Sachem athletic director Pete Blieberg:

- North wrestling vs. Lindenhurst rescheduled for Monday at North
- East boys basketball vs. Commack rescheduled for Monday
Still on:
- Saturday’s Rocky Gilmore Wrestling Tournament at East Islip (which East will be attending) starts at 11 a.m. (with weigh in’s between 9-10).
- North’s Tournament at Copiague still on for same time (as of 11:30 a.m.).
