Photos: Sachem Top Grads Among Those Honored by Town

The Town of Islip recently held its annual Valedictorians and Salutatorians Ceremony.

The Islip Town Board recently held a ceremony at Town Hall to honor the valedictorians and salutatorians of local high schools.

Among those in attendance: Ruchi Shah and Dylan Cowit, the valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively, of the Sachem North Class of 2012. East's salutatorian Christina Perri was also at the ceremony. 

Students were presented with Certificates of Recognition for their academic achievements.
