The Sachem East Flaming Arrows improved to 2-1 last Saturday with a solid 27-7 victory over Commack. Sachem East played before a packed crowd as the Farmingville school hosted its annual Homecoming.
Runningback Steven Casali rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns before coming out of the game with a bruised shin. No matter. Quarterback Danny Wolff threw a 45-yard TD and a 75-yard TD to Wide Receiver Brian Balsamo in the second half to seal the victory.
