Nolan To Discuss Budget Live on Twitter
Residents can post questions to Sachem superintendent @SachemSchools this afternoon.
For the second time this year, Sachem Superintendent James Nolan will be hosting a live Twitter session from @SachemSchools today from 1-2 p.m.
The topic of discussion will be the 2013-2014 school budget, according to Communications Director Chris Vaccaro. District officials are asking participants to use the hashtag #SachemChat during Thursday’s conversation.
In January, Nolan held his first live Twitter session, where he opened the dialogue up to a broad range of topics. At that time district officials told Patch they were "very pleased" with the outcome of the session and intended to plan more in the future.
