A support group for family members caring for a frail older adult or loved one with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia.  Gain emotional support and practical advice from other caregivers in a supportive and caring environment.  Hosted by Day Haven Adult Day Services.  Call to confirm dates and to make a reservation if you need on-site care for your loved one during the meeting time.  (631-585-2020)
