Budget Discussions Continue At Tonight's BOE Meeting
Sachem School District Board of Education releases copies of February 27 meeting agenda.
With the budget continuing to dominate most of the conversations around the Sachem School District, the Sachem Board of Education released its February 27 meeting agenda slated for tonight at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will open with one special recognition of PTA Presidents and Cultural Arts members, and will also feature a presentation from Athletic Director Pete Blieberg who will discuss the Family Fitness Pep Grant.
Tonight's meeting will also seek official approval from the board to institute all the spring sports coaches and assistant coaches in the district.

But the budget is the thing, and the public will have three minutes per speaker to address the board with any problems or concerns. A PDF of the meeting agenda is attached to this story. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Board of Education annex attached to Samoset Middle School.
