Scheduled Blood Drive To Offer Free Mets Tickets

Albany leaders will host donation event July 16.

New York State Assemblyman from Holbrook, Al Graf, is teaming up with Assemblyman Phil Boyle to host a blood drive at the Bayport-Blue Point Public Library on Monday, July 16. The drive will run from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., and those in attendance will receive two free tickets to a New York Mets game courtesy of Long Island Blood Services, according to the release.

“Donating blood saves lives, fulfilling acritical need for our neighbors, friends and families at the most dire times of need,” Graf stated in the release. “I encourage everyone who is physically able to join Assemblyman Boyle and me in our efforts to replenish Long Island’s blood supply and claim a free pair of Mets tickets as a token of our community’s appreciation.”
