Muratore Wins Suffolk 4th Leg. District

Incumbent wins 64.19 percent of Tuesday vote.

Incumbent Thomas Muratore, R-Ronkonkoma, will be keeping his seat as Suffolk County legislator of the 4th district after winning 64.19 percent and 4,919 votes over challenging candidate Nancy Lombardi, D-Centereach, according to Suffolk Board of Elections.

Lombardi won 35.71 percent and 2,737 votes. There were seven write-in ballots. The votes are not yet official as absentee ballots are still to be counted.

The fourth district includes areas of Farmingville, Selden, Centereach, Lake Ronkonkoma and Holbrook.
