Golden Villa at Old Portion-Portion Road Intersection

LRCO spoke about development during May meeting.

At Thursday's Lake Ronkonkoma Civic Organization meeting, the proposed "Golden Villa" property, which would be located near the intersection of Old Portion and Portion Roads, took up a bulk of the conversation.

LCRO President George Schramm said that a builder purchased the property and intends to build a 50-unit condominium development. The association was successful in having the builder concede to preserve a house at the corner, which could be converted into the development's clubhouse.
