Councilwoman Walsh Congratulates Eagle Scout in Farmingville
Local scout's work at Holtsville Ecology Site earns him Eagle Scout honor.
Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Kathleen Walsh attended the Eagle Court of Honor for Dylan Russ at the Farmingville Firehouse, congratulating Russ for his work at the Holtsville Ecology Site Zoo.
Russ designed a project and installed a rebuilt section of railing for the bear exhibit.
“I am proud to be here for Dylan”, Councilwoman Walsh stated in a release. “Our future looks bright when young men such as he are doing wonderful things for our community. The families who visit the Holtsville Ecology site will appreciate the work you have done and so do I.”
