On the agenda for the public hearings was an application to authorize the granting of a non-exclusive license agreement with the Suffolk County Water Authority to maintain use for water supply purposes at the Maplecrest Park property on Kayron Drive in Ronkonkoma.

Decisions still pending from the June calender were also discussed at the meeting. The Board still needs to decide whether to grant the application from Hanrahan Avenue at Farmingville for a change of zone for their property located in Farmingville and the application of the Portuguese Soccer Club for a change of zone and amendment of Restrictive Covenants on their property located in Farmingville. The Board also voted on the acceptance of the Declaration of Covenants for a zone change for WDP Enterprises in Lake Ronkonkoma.
