New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg delivered a eulogy at the of Farmingville's Rich Nappi on Saturday.

Nappi, a lieutenant with the FDNY and a volunteer with the Farmingville Fire Department, while fighting a blaze in Brooklyn last week.
